The Upper Coach, on the top floor of the Coach House, has spectacular views of the river and garden area from a private balcony. Our most popular room, it also has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, oven, and stove. $119.00 per night - November thru May 15th $129.00 per night - May 16th thru October *Rates are based on maximum two-person occupancy. |

House Policies 
- RATES: An additional charge of $20 will apply for each additional person in rooms.
- CANCELLATIONS: A 14-day notice of cancellation is required or the full fee will be charged for rooms not rebooked.
- MEALS: Breakfast is included with your room rate. Dinners are available by reservation.
- SALES TAX: A 7% Maine sales tax will be added to all room rates.
- RESERVATIONS: Room reservations are confirmed with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and traveler's checks. Personal checks accepted, if received prior to stay.
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check in time: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check out time: 10:00 a.m.
- OTHER POLICIES: No smoking, no pets.
