So named after Captain James F. Chase's wife, is located on the second floor of the Main House. In the spacious private bath, you can lounge in the antique clawfoot tub and gaze at the stars through the skylight.

$85.00 per night - November thru May 15th

$95.00 per night - May 16th thru October

*Rates are based on maximum two-person occupancy.

House Policies

RATES: An additional charge of $20 will apply for each additional person in rooms.
CANCELLATIONS: A 14-day notice of cancellation is required or the full fee will be charged for rooms not rebooked.
MEALS: Breakfast is included with your room rate. Dinners are available by reservation.
SALES TAX: A 7% Maine sales tax will be added to all room rates.
RESERVATIONS: Room reservations are confirmed with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and traveler's checks. Personal checks accepted, if received prior to stay.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check in time: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check out time: 10:00 a.m.
OTHER POLICIES: No smoking, no pets.
